Greg Melleuish is an associate professor in the School of History and Politics at the University of Wollongong. He has written extensively in the area of Australian intellectual history including Cultural Liberalism in Australia (Cambridge University Press, 1995) and The Power of Ideas (Australian Scholarly Publishing, 2009). He is currently completing an intellectual portrait of James McAuley (Connor Court, forthcoming).
