Back in the early days of Connor Court Publishing, I wrote to the editor of Contact Magazine about reviewing some of our titles. What followed was a conversation and a friendship with Br Michael McMurray. Since the first meeting, Br Michael has been a strong supporter of Connor Court Publishing, and a good friend. Only days before his death, Br Michael was trying to work out which Connor Court title to review next.
Br Michael was a tireless worker, a committed Catholic, and a humble man. We were delighted back in 2006 to have published his book The Beatitudes. He will be missed and our last conversation on the phone will be remembered. A generous friend who will join "the saints in the new and eternal Jerusalem".
